December 17, 2019, Bought home in Lake Arrowhead, CA. 

This was my 4th home I've purchased in my lifetime, and Ruben definitely worked harder than any realtor I have ever worked with. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He answered all of my questions, via text, immediately... he even shoveled a path thru the snow on my driveway! He met me at the property numerous additional times to allow us to measure and prepare for our purchase. He gave me valuable advise on mountain living and answered all of our general questions that had nothing to do with the sale or the property. Working with Ruben was like working with a friend I had known all of my life. We not only gained a house, but we gained a family friend for life. I highly recommend working with Ruben!
