Ruben Soto is so well versed in the Lake Arrowhead area that he was able to provide a level of knowledge and history specific to the areas I was looking at. His level of service goes beyond that of a relator. He was always available, continually updating me. He always ensured that he was timely on due diligence task needing to be handled during escrow. I can personally tell you that other relators did not do their due diligence and cost their customers time and money. In the end when closing came to fruition Ruben was offering to assist physically with my move. I was blown away at the level Ruben goes to. I do believe I have made my first new friend here in Lake Arrowhead.
